LAM Lifestyle SAS de CV, trading as LAM Lifestyle Travel, is responsible for the processing described here. Service hours are Monday–Friday, 10 a.m.–5 p.m., Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco time. Forms can receive messages outside these hours.

Necessary data and purposes

We process your name, email, telephone when supplied, language, service interest, property reference, preferences and messages to answer inquiries, prepare options and coordinate follow-up. Our CRM retains the inquiry and relevant notes, tasks and status.

For travel, rentals and contracted services, necessary participant information, dates, itineraries, providers and booking references support service organization. Administrative records may include amounts, currency, payment references, counterparties and supplier information for operations, reconciliation and legal duties. Do not send full payment-card numbers or passwords through forms.

Creative proposals involve contact information, company and address when provided, project content, versions and proposal responses. If you request an invoice, we process legal/tax name, RFC, fiscal postal code, tax regime, CFDI use and billing email, and a tax certificate if requested and attached. Use the designated channel and avoid unnecessary documents.

Collaboration and protected-access requests involve name, agency, email, message, access status and expiry. Team administration involves name, sign-in email, user identifier, role, status and access-change records to manage permissions and protect information. Technical records and necessary cookies support authentication, abuse prevention and service operation.

General forms do not request sensitive personal data. If a service requires health or accessibility information, we will explain the need, channel and applicable consent before collecting it. Do not volunteer sensitive information.

Optional communications

Retreat and event announcements are optional and require separate signup. We retain email, language and consent date/version. Decline or unsubscribe through each message or the privacy contact without affecting inquiry or service handling. We retain the minimum information needed to honor the unsubscribe where appropriate.

Access and disclosures

Internal access is limited by authorized duties. Yearim Soto handles the real-estate and rental inquiries assigned to her within LAM. Hosting, database, storage, email and backup providers may process data on LAM's behalf to operate the service under applicable duties; some may operate outside Mexico.

Where a property owner, independent agency, travel provider or other third party needs information, we will explain the recipient or category and purpose and obtain any required consent before transfer, unless a legal exception applies. An inquiry is not blanket permission. Accept or refuse optional transfers through the indicated channel; refusal may prevent only the arrangement dependent on that transfer. Recipients receive applicable purposes and restrictions. Legally required disclosures to competent authorities may also occur.

Retention and security

We retain data as needed for the stated purposes, legal duties and responsibilities or claims, followed by blocking and deletion where appropriate. Backups must not reactivate canceled records or marketing. Legal retention duties may prevent immediate deletion. We apply access and security controls appropriate to processing; no system eliminates every risk. Significant breaches affecting property or moral rights will be notified as required by law.

Your rights and consent

Request access, rectification, cancellation or opposition by emailing hello@lamlifestyletravel.com with the subject “Privacy.” Include your name, reply contact, requested right and relevant data or record; explain and support corrections. Identity and any representation must be established. Request instructions first rather than sending identity documents through an unverified channel.

We communicate our determination within the statutory maximum of twenty days after receipt and, if applicable, implement it within fifteen days after communicating it. Each period may be extended once for an equal period where justified under law. Access requires appropriate identity verification. We explain any refusal or legal restriction. Exercising rights is free, subject to legally permitted reproduction or delivery costs.

Use the same contact to withdraw consent or limit use/disclosure, identifying the processing or purpose concerned. We will explain the applicable procedure and effects. Withdrawal is not retroactive and does not remove legal duties. Announcement unsubscribe is also available in each message.

Optional advertising measurement with Meta

If you separately allow it through “Advertising preferences,” the Meta Pixel may receive a Lead signal after the website confirms a newly created travel or real estate inquiry. This measures and improves our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. Accepting or declining Google Analytics does not determine this choice.

Meta may receive the public page address and referring address, IP address, technical browser/device information and cookie identifiers, and associate activity with its services. We do not add names, email addresses, phone numbers, budgets or inquiry text to events. Private pages are excluded, as are URLs with fragments or unrecognized query parameters. Only predefined campaign references and format-validated Meta click identifiers are permitted. Advanced matching and automatic events are not enabled.

Meta code does not load until you allow this measurement on an eligible public page. We do not send page views or treat a WhatsApp click as a submitted inquiry. Declining does not affect the website. Withdraw permission through “Advertising preferences” to stop new events and clear _fbp and _fbc cookies accessible to this site; this does not delete information already received by Meta or cookies on other domains. Your choice is retained for up to 180 days. Meta may process information outside Mexico under its policies: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/ and https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policies/cookies/.

Cookies and updates

The site uses necessary security/access cookies. Cloudflare may set __cf_bm for automated-traffic detection, expiring after 30 minutes of continuous inactivity. lam_partner_access maintains partner-document access for up to 24 hours and is cleared on sign-out. The administrator email connection uses __Host-lam-mail-state for up to 10 minutes to secure Microsoft authorization. Hosting may also use authentication cookies. If you accept optional analytics, we use Google Analytics to measure visits and activity on public pages, including views, scrolling, engagement time and contact actions. The tag does not load before acceptance. You can decline without preventing browsing and change your choice through “Privacy preferences.” Form fields and private team, proposal and billing pages are not sent to Analytics. Google may process technical information, cookie identifiers, device, visit source and activity. Advertising personalization is not enabled in Google Analytics. The choice is retained for up to 180 days; Analytics cookies are configured for up to 180 days. Learn more: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Changes and the current version date will appear on this page. Where fresh consent or additional notice is required, it will occur before the relevant processing through an available contact channel. An update does not retroactively authorize new purposes or transfers.
