1 Who operates this website

This website is operated by LAM Lifestyle SAS de CV under the LAM Lifestyle Travel brand, referred to here as “LAM.” Address for notices, complaints and claims: Jesús Rodríguez Barba 124, Residencial Fluvial Vallarta, Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, postal code 48312, Mexico. These terms describe use of lamlifestyletravel.com, its public pages, forms and contact cards. Protected workspaces, proposals and individual documents may have additional conditions, which must be communicated where relevant. These website terms do not replace transaction-specific agreements or rights under applicable law.

2 Information inquiries and confirmation

The website presents services, destinations, properties and creative content and lets you start a conversation with LAM. Submitting a form, WhatsApp message or information request does not by itself create a confirmed booking, sale, lease or property representation agreement. An automated acknowledgment confirms receipt of an inquiry, not availability or acceptance of a transaction.

Before a commitment, the parties involved, service or property, availability, price and currency, inclusions, applicable charges and specific conditions must be identified. Formation of an agreement depends on the documents, communications and requirements applicable to that transaction. This provision does not disregard agreements validly made electronically.

3 LAM and other providers

Depending on the service or property, LAM may handle a request directly or coordinate follow-up with an owner, adviser or other provider. Before requesting a commitment or payment, LAM must explain its role, who will provide or contract for the service and who is authorized to receive payment. A third party’s involvement does not remove LAM’s responsibilities under law or its own commitments.

Yearim Soto handles inquiries for the properties assigned to her within LAM’s real-estate and rental area. Her involvement does not mean that LAM owns those properties or has an alliance with every agency where she works. Her AMPI membership is personal to her; it is not represented as LAM membership or a substitute for applicable legal authorizations or requirements.

4 Property information prices and availability

Each listing must state the approved property characteristics and conditions. Prices and availability may change and require confirmation before a transaction; this does not permit disregard of a binding offer, enforceable advertising, agreed price or legal obligation. Known changes or errors should be reviewed and corrected promptly.

Currency must be expressly identified. An indicative conversion does not replace the transaction price or applicable exchange rate. Before contracting, inclusions and the amounts or calculation basis of applicable taxes, notarial costs, maintenance fees, commissions or other charges must be explained. These items are not assumed to be included, nor may they be added without prior disclosure and acceptance where required.

Areas and layouts must be described using the available basis and documentation, distinguishing construction, lot, terrace, garden and common areas where relevant. Visits, document review and professional advice help verify characteristics and legal status. Appreciation, returns, credit approval, rental permission and immigration or tax outcomes are not guaranteed.

5 Photography and inspiration imagery

Listing photographs must correspond to the identified property. Renderings, illustrations, furniture not included and inspiration imagery must be identified where relevant to avoid confusion. Rental inspiration imagery does not by itself represent accommodation available to book.

Third-party materials belong to their respective rights holders and are used with permission or under the applicable license. Display on LAM does not transfer ownership or grant visitors permission to reproduce, alter, distribute or commercially use them, except as allowed by law or the applicable license.

6 Bookings payments changes and cancellations

Travel, experience, rental and creative-production conditions will be specified in the relevant quotation, confirmation or agreement. Before acceptance or payment is requested, the total price or basis for determining it, deposit, schedule, provider, inclusions, restrictions, validity and applicable change, cancellation and refund conditions must be communicated.

These website terms do not create a universal non-refundable payment policy or authorize automatic charges. Provider rules must be identified before contracting and may not limit mandatory consumer rights. Request verified instructions before transferring funds. Confirm an unexpected change of bank account or beneficiary through a known LAM contact channel.

7 Creative proposals and services

Creative proposals may define deliverables, dates, revisions, payments, access permissions, cancellation and use rights for final files. Viewing a proposal or submitting billing information does not by itself accept conditions that have not been communicated. Usage licenses, source files and any exclusivity must be expressly addressed in the relevant agreement.

8 Acceptable use and protected access

You may browse public pages and share their links. Use forms with truthful information and provide only data you are authorized to communicate. Do not submit unlawful content, malicious code, abusive messages or automated requests that interfere with the service. Do not attempt unauthorized access to accounts, files, systems or other people’s information.

Team access and private links are personal or intended for their authorized recipients. Do not publish codes, credentials or protected links. LAM may proportionately restrict access as necessary to address abuse or protect the service, without preventing rights, claims or access to documents that must remain available by law.

9 Original content and reuse

LAM’s original content is protected by applicable intellectual-property law to the extent eligible for protection. To request reuse of text, design elements or images, contact hello@lamlifestyletravel.com. LAM will explain whether it can authorize use or another rights holder must be approached. Sharing a public link does not grant a license to its content.

If you believe material is used without necessary authorization, send the page link, description and information supporting your rights. LAM will review the request and take appropriate action. This section does not restrict lawful exceptions or permitted uses.

10 Personal data and communications

Personal-data processing is explained separately in the Privacy Notice: https://lamlifestyletravel.com/privacy. An inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to announcements. Consent for promotional communications must remain separate from information needed to answer a request or provide a service.

Inquiries concerning properties handled by Yearim are shared with her for follow-up as described in the Privacy Notice. If another agency or professional needs to participate, their involvement will be explained before additional information is shared and any required consent obtained. Do not send sensitive documents through a channel that has not been requested and verified.

11 Availability and external links

LAM seeks to keep the website available and information current. Maintenance, interruptions or corrections may occur. Contact us by email or telephone if a form is unavailable. A maintenance notice does not by itself change an existing booking or agreement.

WhatsApp, email and other external links open services subject to their own terms and notices. Their inclusion does not mean LAM controls those services. This does not exclude LAM’s own responsibilities or mandatory guarantees or remedies.

12 Questions complaints and changes

For questions or complaints, email hello@lamlifestyletravel.com with the service or reference and a description. Do not include passwords or identity documents in the first message. You may also use the address, telephone and hours in section 1. This channel does not prevent approaching PROFECO or another competent authority where applicable.

LAM will publish the date and version of changes to these terms. Changes will not retroactively amend existing agreements or acquired rights; amendments requiring consent must obtain it separately. Spanish and English versions should retain equivalent meaning. Differences will be interpreted under applicable law and consumer rights, without imposing a waiver based on language choice.

These terms are interpreted under applicable Mexican law without excluding mandatory rules or available consumer protections. These terms impose no mandatory arbitration, collective-action waiver or exclusive court. Jurisdiction clauses for individual agreements require their own review.
